WINDOWS

SIERRA PACIFIC

Sierra Pacific Windows is part of Sierra Pacific Industries, the largest millwork producer and the second largest lumber company in the U.S. Sierra Pacific Industries owns 1.9 million acres of timberland in California and Washington. This gives them something important – control. They build windows and doors in a way that leaves nothing to chance. From planted seed to delivered window and door, every style, every feature, every bit of glazing and cladding are made by people invested in their work, and with the care their founder, Red Emmerson, instilled when he said, “Don’t pass on bad product.” The result? Nothing but the best gets passed on to you.

SHINGLES

Tapersawn Cedar

This beautiful, natural material is highly durable and will last up to forty years. Each piece is tapersawn and half an inch thick. Tapersawn cedar shakes are a hybrid of shingles and split shakes. Like a shingle, both faces are sawn, as are the edges, giving the tapersawn a uniform appearance. Thicker than shingles, the tapersawn shake has a heavier shadow line on the roof.

BRICK

Romabio Limewash | Bianco White

Transform your brick or stone in one, easy-to-apply coat of paint. Romabio Classico Limewash is an authentic slaked-lime paint specially formulated to create unique wash off effects for the Interior or Exterior. Whitewashed brick has a charming Old World feel with a freshly painted look. You can update your home while still keeping the warmth of the brick exposed, and not having to fully commit to completely painted brick. There’s no stress when deciding the color or look that you want. The paint is designed to be washed off in the first 5-days following application so you can test it as you want. It can easily be touched up because of its flat finish. Classico Limewash calcifies to the brick or stone and becomes like the rock, just as hard, allowing moisture to evaporate and working naturally with the surface. It doesn’t peel, chip, or flake off or lose its color depth and essence. It will continue to patina based on the weather elements, and you can repaint or touch it up when you want.
